Sonia Rickli
Sonia Rickli is a swiss live artist exploring the boundaries of her physical control and endurance. She has trained under the teaching of Franko B, La Ribot and Yan Duyvendak.
Her performances are based on the intimate and look into the positioning and relationship between performer and audience. They also question notions of the body as an object or an alien and the body bound to a context or background. An active participation of the audience is therefore frequently required to complete the performance.
